Season 3 is a wrap, and strongly so with final-episode guest Wendy Diaz, who is so much more than just "Wendy from 'Survivor.'" Did you hear it?
So we’re staring ahead at Season 4, and I’d love to know how you think this podcast has been going. Citing feedback over the past year or so, there's good support for keeping the overall format as-is:
1) a narrative intro with updates, listener questions, answers, and followups from previous episodes before we get to
2) the main feature -- a raw conversation with a Touretter about his/her/their life.
But is there anything new you're looking for? Is anything off? Coming up short? What would you like in Season 4? I'd love to hear from you.
Note: Due to bandwidth, I probably won't be able to honor huge, transformative ideas. Small, effective ones are the way.
Maybe it's something in the questions asked. I repeat a few core questions episode to episode but, because we’re hearing from a different Touretter each time, answers vary widely. But maybe there are other angles or new kinds of questions to ask -- even off-topic, ridiculous ones. I dunno.
Some of you have suggested more celebrity Touretters on the show, which I'm working on. If you have connections, I'd love to know. (But, for sure, the podcast will keep the meet-a-stranger-with-TS style dominant.)
As Season 4 enters pre-production, the suggestion box is open. Stuff it! I want this podcast to be something you’re proud to share with other people.
